Cant ask a single question on my other account

It's a bug. Over a year ago we disabled the moderation queue. No new posts should ever go there, not even if you have 0 points. But some do anyway. You're the first person to give any details - I assumed is was intermittent, but you're saying it's every Q, so thanks. It will probably never get fixed. I don't think Unity Co. even has a person here anymore. Sometimes an upvote helps, but if you can't post anything... .

Some moderators use the queue for a scratchpad area, hand-moving some Q's there. It's possible a deranged moderator is moving everything you post, but unlikely.
