Can not type a new topic to ask Question

In the very very past everybody was able to create new topics which a lot people did. As a result we had like 20 topics which were identical just with minor spelling mistakes or strange combo topics. That's why Unity decided quite some time ago to clean up the topics a bit and only allow admins to add new ones. Unfortunately since Unity staff isn't really active here, the list of topics hasn't changed in a long time.

We still have a lot of those duplicate topics like "3ds", "3ds max", "3dmax", "3dsmax" and also some strange combo topic like "accessing from any script", "animation playback time", " iphoneutils.playmovie", "unity performance reporting", "movie texture is playing" and many more. Just sort the topics by popularity and look at the end of the list.

Just looking at one of the most frequent topic: null reference exceptions we have those topics

 null reference × 62

 nullreference × 55

 nullreferenceexeption × 23

which is a total mess.
