unity hub closing whenever i create a project and when i open unity directly it shows the application was unable to start correctly 0xc00007b

HEY PLEASE HELP WHENEVER I OPEN UNITY HUB AND CREATE A PROJECT IT CLOSES AND DIDNT OPEN ANY PROJECT AND WHEN I TRY TO OPEN WITH UNITY DIRECTLY IT SHOWS PROBLEM the application was unable to start correctly 0xc00007b MY windows is windows 8 and my compter model is dell vostro 2520 and i have x64 please help me i want make games but i have computer that have windows 10 in it should i try in that but it is old,HEllo i have a problem whenever i create a project with unity hub the unity hub just close and whenever i open unity.exe my version is 2021.2.9f1 it shows problem the application was unable to start correctly 0xc00007b and i have windows 8 pro 4gb ram x64 windows and my laptop model is dell vostro 2520
