Doubled question and details

Back when Qs from new users when into the $$anonymous$$od queue double Q's used to be frequent. They wouldn't see the Q appear on the site, so would repost. Usually there would be a few $$anonymous$$or differences (extra blank line from cut&paste, or they hand retyped the title, rephrasing it.) I suppose any sort of lag could cause the same thing.
