How to unsubscribe from all posts

Hi guys. So in my profile I am signed up for like 500+ posts on stuff I really don't care about.
I don't want to turn off my emails because then I would miss out on stuff that I actually do care about.
Is there any way I can bulk unsubscribe from posts?

For me it's quick enough to click the "see this post" button on the email, glance at the Q, and click the UnFollow button. There are a few dozen old Q's whee once a year someone adds "here's how it works in the new version" and I'm glad to get it.
